Returns & Exchanges

At Sneex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; if your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the tags and box intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Sneakers

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Sneex box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
